Evergreen Outpatient Treatment
The Evergreen Outpatient Treatment program is designed to be completed in 4-12 months. The goal is to not go for the full 12 months but some clients need to have services for such a period of time. During the program clients will undergo sessions weekly as they work toward individually tailored treatment goals to reach the progress and outcomes they desire. Sessions may be in group or individual format, and may also be family sessions. The sessions are offered both at our Lake City, Fl office site and through Telehealth. In the evaluation and assessment session for the program brief screenings are conducted to measure potential problem areas for us to work on such as Self Esteem, Problem Recognition, and Impulsivity. The program is able to provide a monthly pricing option vs the client paying for each service as its provided, the monthly option requires the client pay $120 at the start of each 30 days in treatment and will cover the sessions the client undergoes for the month and during the first month it includes the assessment saving $60 for the clients choosing this option.
